How it works

1)  Email or call us with the dates and times you will be needing our services.

2)  We will then schedule a meet and greet with you and your pet to become acquainted with the location of food, medicines, etc.  A service contract will be filled out and proof of insurance and bonding will be revealed.  This visit takes no longer than 1-hr as we often have pets scheduled for visits throughout the day.

           --We try to use this time to also pick up your key to avoid a key pick up charge later on.  Please have 2 keys made for us.

           --We must see proof that your pet's medical records are up to date.  For special needs pets that may not receive all shots, a note from your vet will suffice.

           --A check or cash in half the total amount for services must be collected in order to reserve your dates.  You do not have to pay this at this time unless you are sure about the dates you need to reserve.  There will be a $20 charge for the meet and greet with $10 credited upon hiring.  You must have this payment available for the meet/greet.

3)  We come over!

**New Policy: Full payment must be available on the first day of services!!

**Holiday Policy: Half payment is required to reserve holiday dates.  Changes to these dates will result in a $35 fee per day altered.  For cancellations, must give 3 weeks notice to receive full deposit.

Home Sleepover

Sleepovers are from 9:00pm through 7:00am.  This gives us the chance to make any evening visits to our other clients and still leaves time for us to love on your pets for a few hours before bedtime.  If our schedule permits, we may be able to flex an hour or so in either direction (8:00pm through 6:00am or 10:00pm through 8:00am).  This is a 10 hour job at $55.  For any additional time see the Services page for prices.
